Export: Settings → Data → Export everything (CSV + JSON + original files, zipped).
Delete: Settings → Account → Delete account. A 30-day grace period lets you undo it; after that, deletion is permanent.
Desktop local-first: uninstalling and deleting the app's data folder removes local data. Use Export first.
