Spectre WorkflowsLegal

Terms of Service

Effective 22 October 2026 · PYRICATO PRODUCTIONS LLC

2.1 The deal

By using Spectre you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

2.2 Your account

Keep your password, passkeys, devices and recovery codes safe. You're responsible for activity in your account. Tell us right away at info@spectreworkflows.com if you think someone else got in.

2.3 Your data stays yours

You own everything you put into Spectre. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including any personal data about other people (for example candidates or learners).

2.4 Acceptable use

Don't use Spectre to: break the law; upload malware; scrape or capture data you don't have the right to collect; violate any website's terms through the extension; harass or discriminate (including in hiring decisions); try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or resell it without a written agreement.

2.5 Plans, payments and Day Passes

2.6 Free plan and sample data

Free features may change. Demo workspaces use fictional sample data. Results in demos are illustrations, not promises.

2.7 AI output

AI-generated drafts, matches and summaries can be wrong. Review them before you rely on them, especially in hiring, finance or compliance decisions. You make the final decision.

2.8 Availability

We work to keep Spectre running, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

2.9 Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

2.10 Ending

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable. On closing, you can export your data first (see Data retention).

2.11 Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, unless your local consumer law gives you rights that can't be waived.
