Effective 22 October 2026 · PYRICATO PRODUCTIONS LLC

Short version. We collect what we need to run Spectre for you. We don't sell your data. You can export or delete it anytime.

1.1 Who we are

Spectre Workflows is operated by PYRICATO PRODUCTIONS LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("Spectre", "we", "us"). This policy covers spectreworkflows.com, the Spectre web app, the Spectre desktop app, the Spectre browser extension, and our emails and messages.

We do not collect special-category data (health, religion, biometrics) on purpose. Don't upload it unless your workspace requires it and you have the right to.

1.3 How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments, send the notifications and digests you turn on, answer support requests, improve Spectre, and meet legal obligations.

1.4 AI features

Some features (drafts, summaries, matching, the assistant) send the relevant part of your workspace content to an AI model provider to generate a result. We do not allow our AI providers to train their models on your content. You can turn AI features off for a workspace in Settings.

Voice preferences

When you use an enabled chat, Spectre can learn communication preferences from your own messages, such as cadence, formatting and emoji use. We retain a compact style profile, not additional copies of your messages in that profile. It belongs to your account and is not shared with other users. You can view it, pause learning and its use, or reset it in Voice settings. Your saved voice instructions and current request take priority. Chat history remains subject to the retention policy below.

1.5 Who we share it with

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

1.6 Where it's stored

Data is hosted on cloud servers in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. If data moves across borders, we use legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. In local-first mode in the desktop app, workspace content stays on your device unless you turn on sync.

1.7 How long we keep it

While your account is active, plus 30 days after you delete it (so you can change your mind), then it's permanently deleted. Backups roll off within 35 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. See Data retention & deletion.

1.8 Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UAE PDPL and GDPR), you can: access your data, correct it, export it, delete it, object to or restrict some processing, and withdraw consent. Use Settings → Privacy, or email info@spectreworkflows.com. We reply within 30 days.

1.9 Children

Spectre is not for anyone under 16.

1.10 Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you or show a notice in the app before it takes effect.
