Desktop Licence

• Licence. PYRICATO PRODUCTIONS LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the Spectre desktop app on devices you own or control, under your Spectre plan.
• Ownership. The app, its code and design belong to PYRICATO PRODUCTIONS LLC. You don't get ownership of the software, only the right to use it.
• Don't: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, sublicense or resell the app, or remove its notices, except where the law explicitly allows.
• Updates. The app checks for signed updates and may install security updates automatically. Feature updates can be postponed in Settings.
• Local data. In local-first mode, your workspace data is stored encrypted on your device. You're responsible for your device's security and backups. Turning on sync uploads it to Spectre's servers under the Privacy Policy.
• Telemetry. Crash reports and usage statistics are sent only if you opt in (Settings → Privacy).
• Third-party components. Open-source components and their licences are listed in Settings → About → Licences.
• Termination. The licence ends if you break this agreement or your account closes. Uninstall the app and delete copies.
